Website Banner Ads

Banner ads are placed in a prominent position on any of our pages listed below, giving your ad maximum exposure.

To keep things simple and consistent with our print advertising standards, banner ads have a flat-fee rate schedule based on a calendar month. Order early because of limited availability. All Ads must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the first of the month.

$95/month for a Banner ad on our Home/Landing Page (most heavily trafficked page)


$85/month for a Banner ad on our Sample Listings Page (2^nd most heavily trafficked page)

$75/month for a Banner ad on our Caretaker Profiles Page (3^rd most heavily trafficked page)

$65/month for a Banner ad on our Subscribe/Advertise Page (4^th most heavily trafficked page)

$55/month for a Banner ad on our Reviews & Articles Page (5^th most heavily trafficked page)

If you place and pay for three or more ads at one time, we will deduct 10% for our advertising frequency discount. Thanks!

All ads are reviewed for content. We reserve the right to accept and/or deny ads.

Ads will need to be sized at 175x300 pixels. They may be submitted as jpeg, gif, png or flash formats. If you submit a flash based ad, please submit an image based version of your ad for browsers that do not support flash, and please provide a flash based ad which will open in the same window.

The maximum file size for ads is 75 Kilobytes. All images will be stored / served from our server.
