Please note that, because of limited space available in The Caretaker Gazette, we normally sell out of space weeks before the listed closing dates. Please submit your ad early to ensure space availability. We do everything on a first-come-first-placed basis. Thanks!
Email Broadcast Ads are emailed to our subscribers within 24 hours of receipt of your ad and payment. This is a great way to get your ad out if you missed the deadline for a classified ad. This is also a great way to advertise urgent / immediate needs. Your ad will get even more exposure because, in addition to being broadcast via email, your ad will also appear on our Welcome Page for 24 hours for our subscribers.
Email Broadcasts cost $65.00 for the first 100 words, and $0.65 per word thereafter.

FREE CABIN EXCHANGE AVAILABLE on my 30 acre farm in the coastal community of Seal Rock, in Lincoln County, in exchange for work (no pay). I’m seeking a long-term, farm caretaker/builder to tackle some projects in exchange for free rent. A small forest cabin (12 x 20) will be provided to a single caretaker, or a couple. A semi-retired or retired builder would be welcome. Will need to be able to mow, weed whack, and do wooden projects and repairs (with and without help). Would like the caretaker to do some roof work, both old and new, put on some siding, and gate repairs, plus all around handy farm work. Some knowledge of water systems and plumbing, would be a plus.
