REMOTE, LARGE RANCH in beautiful Georgia O'Keefe country seeks an experienced person or couple for caretaker(s). Must have flexible approach to hours worked and duties undertaken. Attention to detail and security awareness required. Caretaker(s) will be responsible for horse feeding and daily cleaning of four stalls; part time care of two dogs; general household repairs; tractor work; maintenance of yard and grounds, sprinkling system, pool/spa, vehicle/equipment; and running errands as needed. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and horse skills a plus. Must be stable, trustworthy, non-smoking, have current driver's license, and able to pass background check.
